Step 03: Property Evaluation
We will schedule a walkthrough with you at a time that best fits your schedule so we can take photos of the condition of your home.

Step 04: Escrow Preparation
We will begin preparing the funds and required documents to complete the transaction. The deal will be finalized at a reputable title company who will act as escrow to make sure all parties are protected.
Step 05: Closing Date & Cash
After the funds and required documents are transfered to the title company they will run a title search to look for any issues such as outstanding liens, judgements, mortgages, unpaid taxes, etc. that may impact ownership. Once everything is in the clear the deal can be finalized and the funds will be released to you in as little as 3 days.
